At Fun Kids, we have all been parents ourselves. As such, we know the importance of providing our children a healthy, joyful and engaging environment to nurture in. We started Fun Kids nursery to introduce this vision to Harrow and wider West London.
At Fun Kids Nursery, our inviting and well-equipped spaces are tailored to support your child's exploration, development, and learning journey. Our Baby, Toddler, and Preschool areas feature familiar, child-sized homely items like bookcases, tables, chairs, and sofas, creating a comfortable and engaging environment.
We believe that the environment around your child acts as their third teacher, complementing your role as parents and our role as educators. Our garden area serves as an outdoor classroom, offering a rich variety of features to support play and learning. Consistency is key in our nursery environments, and we provide core resources, enriching toys, games, and creative materials that transform our spaces into unique adventure zones where your child's imagination can soar.
Our baby room is cozy and filled with sensory and natural materials to stimulate your baby's growing senses. With a 1:3 ratio, your child's key person will attend to all their personal needs, and we maintain flexible nap schedules to align with your routine at home. Our strong parent partnerships enhance the nursery experience for everyone involved. Babies also have a dedicated garden space with soft artificial grass for safe, enjoyable outdoor time.
Children enjoy open access to our garden every day (free flow) and participate in many outdoor activities. Our garden features super absorbent safety surfacing to cushion any trips or falls.
We actively encourage parents to share their input into their child’s education. We also provide advice to new parents with questions they may have with regards to childcare. At funkids, we believe that parents’ participation with their child’s care promotes a healthy relationship between the child, parent and us.
Our nursery is fitted with full CCTV surveillance and biometric locks at every door. We abide by approved standards of health and safety to ensure playtime remains safe. We encourage parents to visit our nursery to experience the environment first hand.
